Job Description
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing team for one of our clients, a company from the online gambling industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies to build and enhance the casino’s identity in the competitive iGaming industry.
The role is on-site from the HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: M-F 9-6 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Developing and executing the overall brand strategy, ensuring the casino’s identity is clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent use of the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all communication platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of brand-led marketing campaigns (including promotions, launches, and content marketing initiatives) that resonate with the target audience and build brand awareness.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with iGaming trends, competitor activities, and player preferences. Use insights to inform branding decisions and ensure the casino brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Digital Brand Presence: Oversee the brand’s presence on all digital channels, ensuring that messaging and visual content engage and convert target audiences.
- Social Media and Community Management: Manage the brand’s social media presence by creating engaging content, interacting with the player community, and building brand loyalty through authentic, player-centric communications.
- Player-Centric Focus: Develop and implement brand messaging that speaks to different player personas, driving emotional connection and increasing player retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (CRM, Acquisition, Product, UX) to ensure brand alignment throughout the player journey, from acquisition to retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key brand performance metrics such as player sentiment, brand awareness, and campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to optimize future branding initiatives.

Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the iGaming industry or other digital consumer-focused sectors.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments (e.g., CRM, Digital Acquisition).
- Proven track record of executing successful brand campaigns that have delivered measurable business outcomes.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Brand Strategy: Strong understanding of brand-building principles, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful branding initiatives.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for brand promotion and audience engagement.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, PPC, SEO) and how they can support brand growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to improve brand campaigns.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling brand narratives.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborative and able to work effectively with designers, marketers, product teams, and external agencies.
