Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Manager to join one of our clients, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

The main purpose of this role is to strategically and operationally coordinate the IT infrastructure and communication systems, ensuring the technological support needed for the efficient operation of the organization’s activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the IT&C strategy aligned with the organization’s goals;
  • Plan, budget, and monitor IT expenditures;
  • Lead and manage the IT team (administrators, technical support, developers, etc.);
  • Administer networks, servers, hardware, and communication systems;
  • Manage IT security and data protection policies, including GDPR compliance;
  • Ensure the maintenance and upgrading of hardware and software infrastructure;
  • Oversee relationships with IT&C vendors and manage service/maintenance contracts;
  • Develop and enforce internal IT policies and procedures;
  • Coordinate digitalization and digital transformation projects;
  • Perform regular audits of IT systems and address any identified issues.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT&C field;
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructures and technical teams.

Technical Knowledge

  • IT architectures, networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases, cloud technologies;
  • Cybersecurity and data protection principles;
  • Project and budget management in an IT context.

Other details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time;
  • Availability for emergency interventions outside regular working hours;
  • May coordinate remote teams or external collaborators.
