Job Description
We are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager, for our client Amusnet, to build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support while ensuring client expectations are met.

The role is on-site from the HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: M-F 9-6 p.m.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison for assigned customers, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Develop and nurture long-term relationship with clients to foster loyalty and retention
- Ensures clients receive the requested products and services within agreed timeframes and quality standards
- Serves as the bridge between key customers and internal teams, including sales, technical support and product development
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, handle complaints efficiently and maintain high levels of trust and satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand business with existing clients by upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, performance insights, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in the online gambling industryis essential.
- Strong technical knowledge is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Account Manageror in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
