Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive for our client Amusnet to assist in achieving sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

The role is on-site from the HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing the company’s sales strategies to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential customers and opportunities.
  • Process invoices, check calculations on billing statements, and ensure accurate payment procedures.
  • Provide customers with timely and relevant product and service information.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns and sales events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, billing, and payment procedures.
  • Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • SD module knowledge in SAP
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
