Job Description
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing team at Winbet and help our client thrive within the online gambling industry.
The role is 100% on-site from our HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: M-F 9-6 p.m.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand management, with a strong focus on ATL and BTL activities
- Experience with outdoor and TV screen advertising
- Experience of coordinating projects and external agencies
- Experience in the gambling industry is considered a plus
- University degree
- English fluent

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share.
- Responsible for ATL and BTL marketing strategies implementation to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Plan and oversee media advertising campaigns – TV and outdoor advertising.
- Manage BTL activities related to events, activations, sponsorship and others which may appear.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and media partners to develop compelling advertising and efficient madia plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ATL and BTL campaigns through KPIs, consumer insights, and ROI analysis.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Partner with external stakeholders, including advertising agencies, event planners, and vendors, to execute branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends and optimize brand messaging.
- Responsible for acquisition process of material goods and services related to marketing activities in the company.
- Aim to provide the organization with the best quality at prices that align with its goals and financial limits.
- Responsible for the production of marketing and promotional materials.
- Plan the acquisition products, prizes and services related to marketing campaigns, loyalty campaigns, BTL activities and others.
- Manage all the process starting from research of the ideas and assets to finding vendors or suppliers and inspecting the quality of what they offer, contacting and negotiating the prices, execute the order and finishing with acquisition.
- Responsible for the delivery and reach of the assets or services to the end point (client, activity, campaign) according to the process.
- Plan the budget of acquisition according to the marketing plans under the supervision of the marketing manager
- Supervise budget of acquisition and of BTL activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for all the tasks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials.
- Manage the relationship with suppliers and advertising agencies.
- Responsible for suppliers’ contracts and the process of sending payments to Accounting according to the internal procedure. Works directly with the legal and financial department.
- Plan, organize and attend events and other BTL activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines in advertising and promotional activities.
