Job Description

We’re looking for an Customer Technical Support for Amusnet Romania, a company from the online gambling industry.︎

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support to players via chat, email, and phone, addressing general inquiries as well as technical issues such as login problems, payment difficulties, game performance, and account configuration.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and investigation: reproduce and validate issues, analyse user reports, logs or screenshots, and attempt to resolve or escalate them appropriately.
  • Manage support tickets using help-desk / ticketing systems, ensuring accurate logging, follow-up, and resolution tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical team, payments, fraud, compliance, product) to escalate complex or critical cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Guide players through platform usage, account issues, and payment processes, providing clear instructions when needed.
  • Maintain and update support documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge base.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to responsible gaming policies.

Requirements:

Must have

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or iGaming / gambling support.
  • Tech savvy mindset: comfort with using ticketing systems, CRM tools, and ability to troubleshoot platform/game/technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills: clear and professional in written and verbal communication (English preferred).
  • Fast typing skills, good PC knowledge, and ability to learn new software/tools quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience specifically in the iGaming / online gambling industry.
  • Basic or intermediate knowledge of English.
  • Familiarity with payment flows, account verification, KYC processes, and responsible gaming regulations.
  • Understanding of gaming platform mechanics, game types, or betting systems.
