We are looking for an experienced Director of Omnichannel Operations with extensive experience in the gambling industry for our client Amusnet Romania SRL. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and an ability to collaborate across departments to ensure the customer experience is cohesive and efficient.

The responsibilities span across several areas:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement omnichannel strategies that align with business goals, focusing on creating a unified customer journey.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and digital, to align efforts and remove barriers between channels.
  • Customer Experience Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience, such as improving website functionality, expanding shipping options, and increasing inventory visibility.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of omnichannel initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize omnichannel processes, leverage new tools, and implement best practices for greater efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide teams of digital channels and operations managers.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Proven experience working in the gambling industry (8-10 years) with a deep understanding of the market, customer behaviors, and regulations.
  • Omnichannel Operations Expertise: A track record of developing and executing omnichannel strategies, ensuring a smooth and effective cross-channel campaign management within a regulated industry.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with advanced technology stacks and specific tools, SAP knowledge is mandatory.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership and Innovation: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams, a proactive problem solver with the ability to innovate, overcome challenges, and drive improvements in operational processes.
