Job Description

We’re looking for an Head of Acquisition to join the Marketing team for Viva Games, a company from the online gambling industry.

The role is on-site from the HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.

Work schedule: M-F 9-6 p.m.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (5+ years), with managing acquisition campaigns
  • Relevant experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resources to achieve maximum results
  • Knowledge of tracking and analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel)
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills to optimize campaigns in real time
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex marketing projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with affiliates and other external partners
  • Extensive knowledge of Gaming products (live casino, online/retail slots and lottery experience is considered an asset).
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, CMS tools, PM tools like Jira, Asana, Basecamp)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing new player acquisition campaigns through online marketing channels
  • Developing and implementing a player acquisition strategy focused on longterm ROI
  • Managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate networks, display networks and other relevant channels to maximize conversions
  • Effectively manage the new player acquisition budget, monitor spending and adjust allocations based on performance to achieve the best possible result
  • Collaboration with internal teams (web development, CRM, data analysis, design, etc.) to obtain the necessary materials for the campaigns: banners, landing pages, promotional texts, etc. and to analyze the results of the campaigns
  • Setting up and monitoring traffic tracking tools (such as Adjust or Voluum) to track campaign effectiveness and analyze player behavior
  • Managing partner relationships and negotiating contract terms to ensure the acquisition of quality players and adhering to the CPA budget
  • Analyzing data and making periodic reports to evaluate the performance of campaigns and budgets, proposing optimization solutions
  • Identifying new channels and advertising opportunities to help grow the player base.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, budget optimization techniques and regulations in the online gaming industry
