Job Description
We’re looking for a Key Account Management Team Lead, to oversee and grow strategic client partnerships and manage the KAM team for our client, a leading gambling provider.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the Key Account Management team, ensuring performance and goal achievement.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing and growing high-value client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with top clients and act as escalation point for major issues.
- Support, coach, and mentor Key Account Managers to improve skills and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, operations) to ensure client needs are met.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to optimize account strategies.
- Report regularly to senior management on team performance, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 4–6 years of experience in a Key Account Manager, Senior KAM, or Client Relationship Manager role.
- 2–4 years of team coordination or leadership experience;
- Experience in the online gambling/igaming industry is a plus.
- Bachelor Degree in a related field
- Good written and verbal communication in English;
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership abilities for guiding and developing a team of Key Account Managers.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret performance reports.
