We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist for one of our clients, a start-up company in the online gambling industry.

Competences & Skills:
- 2-3 years of social media experience
- Good understanding of digital tools
- Experience in digital marketing
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- English – medium level
- University degree preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Confident with MS Office software, MS Excel, comfortable with data manipulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn new things and to adapt through a dynamic business model
Job responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
- Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) daily, that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
